Point Royal is a quiet, friendly community nestled within one of many points along the west side of Lake Palestine 8 miles south of Chandler, TX. The Point Royal Property Owners Improvement Association (PRPOIA), incorporated in 1986, consists of 67 members that are a mixture of property and homestead owners. PRPOIA membership is mandatory as an owner, and the revenue from dues is utilized for operational and improvement expenses. The Point Royal Water Supply Corporation located within the community services all of Point Royal’s water needs.
Point Royal owners and their guests have exclusive access to the common areas within the community, such as the park area, boat ramp and pier. The benefits of lake life are enjoyed year-round – to include fishing, swimming, taking leisurely walks and short drives through the neighborhood, enjoying the natural habitat of the local wildlife, or simply just taking some time for relaxation.
